Aviation Pavilion

Aviation Pavilion

The new Aviation Pavilion is the largest single part of The Museum of Flight’s Inspiration Begins Here! campaign. The building, which broke ground in April 2015, and is now open to the public as of June 25, 2016! The Pavilion provides much-needed covering for over 18 aircraft that were previously exposed to the Pacific Northwest elements. The Aviation Pavilion enables visitors to see these planes year-round, and creates more opportunities for educational programs amidst our inspiring artifacts. The Aviation Pavilion doubles the Museum’s exhibit space. You’ll have to see it to believe it – come visit today!
